Our Story: Love in Action is non-profit organization committed to supporting underprivileged children in Boreda, a small town located in the southern part of Ethiopia. Founded in 2019 by a group of eight individuals driven by a shared passion to make a difference, Love in Action has since grown, continually expanding its reach and impact.

Our focus is on the Boreda community where most families struggle with extreme poverty, lack of basic resources, and limited access to education. Children in this community often face the difficult choice between attending school and fulfilling their family responsibilities. We’re here to change that.

Love in Action operates with a mission to express the love of Christ by aiding these underprivileged children. We believe in the transformative power of education and the importance of spiritual development. We provide financial assistance to families, enabling their children to attend school instead of working. We also offer tutoring and mentorship, ensuring the academic success of the children we support.
